Profile Overview
The company runs multiple curated communities that bring together leaders across customer onboarding, professional services, delivery operations, and implementation teams.
These communities exist to create meaningful spaces where professionals can learn, build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together over time.
This role will own and nurture these ecosystems with intent and care. The focus is not on vanity metrics or scale for the sake of scale — it is about creating thoughtful, high-touch experiences that genuinely add value to members.
You will work closely with founders and the marketing team to strengthen these communities and shape how the company shows up within the broader SaaS ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Own the roadmap, programming, and overall health of multiple professional communities
- Engage members directly through onboarding, outreach, and follow-ups
- Plan and host both online and offline events, including leadership gatherings and curated meetups
- Translate community learnings into insights, content, and strategic initiatives for marketing
- Maintain quality and relevance across every interaction, event, and experience
- Identify and support emerging voices, advocates, and speakers within the ecosystem
- Track community engagement, retention, and participation trends
- Experiment with new formats that strengthen relationships and peer learning
You Should Apply If
- You have 0–3 years of experience in community, events, content, or ecosystem-focused roles
- You are an exceptional communicator with strong writing skills
- You naturally build trust and relationships quickly
- You are highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
- You enjoy hands-on work and believe in doing things that don’t scale
- Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, startups, or professional communities
