🚀 Founders’ Office Associate

We are building next-generation, non-hormonal fertility solutions for women. Backed by clinical validation, IP in India , and 1000+ patient traction, we’re scaling fast.
We’re hiring a Founders’ Office Associate to work directly with the founders on high-impact, zero-fluff execution.
- What You’ll Do:Drive cross-functional projects (growth, ops, partnerships)
- Build investor decks, reports & data rooms
- Own strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Work with doctors, clinics & internal teams
- Bring structure to chaos and speed to execution
Who You Are:
2–3 years experience (startup / consulting / healthcare preferred)
- Extremely sharp, structured thinker
- Strong with Excel, Notion, presentations
- Comfortable with ambiguity & fast decisions
- High ownership, zero ego
