This is a founder’s office role focused on execution, alignment, and high-priority problem solving across the company.
You’ll work directly with the founders on:
• Driving day-to-day alignment across engineering, design, and business teams
• Building the team through hiring and coordination
• Supporting investor relations and fundraising
• Business development and strategic partnerships
• Owning critical tasks that don’t fit into a single function
Some days you’ll be tracking engineering progress.
Other days you’ll be in investor or partner conversations.
This is not a structured role. It’s fast, demanding, and high ownership.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Thinks clearly and executes fast
• Is comfortable with ambiguity
• Communicates well across teams
• Takes ownership without being told
0–3 years experience. Exceptional freshers welcome.
