Executive SummaryWe are looking for a high-octane, strategic partner to join the Founder’s Desk. In this role, you will act as a direct extension of the Founder, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and external growth. You will be responsible for translating the Founder’s vision into reality, not only by managing internal business functions but by actively building the brand’s presence in the investor ecosystem to secure the capital necessary for scaling.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Growth & Fundraising
- Investor Outreach: Identify, map, and engage with potential Venture Capitalists (VCs), Angel Investors, and Family Offices to build a robust fundraising pipeline.
- Pitch Management: Develop and refine compelling investor decks, financial models, and business cases to articulate the company’s value proposition.
- End-to-End Fundraising Support: Lead the due diligence process, manage investor communications, and coordinate the closing of funding rounds.
- Network Building: Represent the Founder and the brand at industry conferences, networking events, and high-level meetings to foster strategic partnerships.
2. Daily Operations & Execution
- Strategic Initiatives: Drive the execution of "special projects" that fall outside the purview of traditional departments.
- Business Operations: Monitor daily KPIs and streamline workflows to ensure the company remains agile and goal-oriented.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends (specifically within the Skincare/Wellness/Pharma sectors) and competitor activity to inform pivot or expansion strategies.
3. Product & Brand Communication
- Brand Stewardship: Oversee brand communication strategies to ensure a consistent and premium voice across all channels.
- Product Synergy: Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to align product development with market demand and investor expectations.
Qualifications- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.(Focused Interns and Aspiring Freshers are Allowed to apply-NO TIME PASS MINDSET)
- Core Competencies:
- Proven experience in Project Management and Strategic Planning.
- Advanced Data Analysis skills; ability to turn raw data into actionable insights for the Founder and stakeholders.
- Fundraising Acumen: Demonstrated ability to network with high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors. Experience in the startup ecosystem is a significant plus.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to "sell" a vision to both internal teams and external partners.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or a deep interest in the skincare, pharmaceutical, or wellness industries.
- Mindset: A "no-task-too-small, no-goal-too-big" attitude. You must be self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
