Founder’s Office Associate – Sales & Business Support

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused individual to work directly with the founder to support business development, client coordination and internal execution tracking.
This is a high-learning role for someone who wants exposure to sales, manufacturing operations and business execution in a growing chemical manufacturing company. This is a founder support execution role.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support (Primary responsibility)
• Identify potential customers in pharma, food and chemical industries
• Find purchase/QA contacts through LinkedIn and company websites
• Send introductory emails and company profiles
• Maintain prospect and enquiry database
• Track sample requests and approvals
• Support vendor registration processes
• Coordinate RFQ submissions
• Schedule client meetings and follow-ups
Founder Execution Support
• Maintain business development tracker
• Prepare client lists for outreach
• Organize company documents and technical data sheets
• Track pending client discussions
• Prepare simple daily/weekly reports
• Assist in preparing presentations and company introductions
Coordination Support
• Coordinate sample preparation with QA/QC
• Track sample dispatch status
• Coordinate courier shipments
• Follow internal timelines for business-related tasks
(No production management responsibilities)
