Role Overview
The Founder's Office Associate will work closely with the founders to support strategic,
operational, and analytical initiatives. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and
requires strong skills in content development, data analysis, presentations, and basic financial
understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit content including reports, internal documents, and external communication
- Develop presentations (PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data, track metrics, and generate insights
- Conduct research and compile findings to support business decisions
- Assist in financial tasks such as basic modeling, budgeting support, and invoice
- preparation
- Support ongoing strategic and operational projects led by the founders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to create clear, structured presentations
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and willingness to work on financial tasks
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a startup, consulting, research, or similar role
- Familiarity with AI, technology, or data-driven businesses

Application Assignment
As part of the selection process, candidates are required to complete a short assignment:
Task:
- Writing Task:
- Write a 300-400 word note on a recent trend in AI or data analytics and its business impact. The content should be clear, structured, and easy to understand for a non-technical audience.
- Presentation Task:
- Create a 5-6 slide PowerPoint presentation based on the same topic. The slides should be well-structured, visually clean, and communicate key points effectively.
- Optional (Good to Have):
- Create a simple invoice format or a basic financial projection (monthly revenue/costs) in Excel.
