Role Description
Most internships promise “learning.”
This one gives you a seat inside the engine room of a startup.
At Poditivity, the Founder’s Office Associate works directly with leadership on high-priority initiatives that shape the company’s growth. You will be involved in solving real problems, launching new initiatives, and turning ideas into execution across product, operations, and strategy.
This is not a passive internship. You will work closely with the founders, contribute to real projects, and gain first-hand exposure to how a fast-moving startup is built and scaled.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Working directly with the founders on strategic initiatives
• Researching markets, competitors, and product opportunities
• Supporting product launches and operational rollouts
• Coordinating with internal teams to execute key projects
• Turning ideas into actionable plans and driving them forward
• Contributing to decision-making through analysis and insights
This role is designed for people who want to learn by doing, take ownership, and grow quickly in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or the education ecosystem
• Experience with project management or product development
