About Us
PickQuick is India's quick commerce enablement infrastructure, helping legacy FMCG brands and international labels win on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and JioMart across 31+ cities. Beyond our core platform business, we are building a Special Projects vertical that would incubate new product lines, brings foreign brands into the Indian market, and builds brand partnership ecosystems for our clients.
The Role
We are hiring a Junior Associate to sit in the Founder's Office and work directly on Special Projects. This is not a support role. You will own workstreams end to end, from initial market sizing and brand outreach to go-to-market structuring and partnership closure. The work spans new product development for existing FMCG brands, India market entry for international brands, and ecosystem plays that sit at the intersection of distribution, branding, and commerce.
You will be client-facing from week one. That means you are comfortable presenting, writing crisp briefs, holding calls with brand heads and partners, and representing PickQuick with a level of polish and confidence that most people take years to develop.
What We Are Looking For
Someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in a startup, ideally in a role where they wore multiple hats and had to figure things out independently. We are not looking for a specialist. We are looking for someone sharp, commercially curious, and execution-oriented. If you have done anything remotely close to business development, strategy, brand consulting, or category management in a fast-moving environment, that is relevant.
You should be genuinely comfortable using modern AI tools in your day-to-day work. We use Claude Code, Gamma, and Emergent extensively. If these tools are unfamiliar to you, you should be the kind of person who picks them up in a week and has opinions about them by next Monday.
You think clearly under ambiguity, write well, and do not need hand-holding to move a project forward.
Compensation and Structure
Fixed CTC of 12 LPA (we will work this out with you). Fully remote. You will be working closely with the founder and senior leadership, which means high visibility, fast feedback loops, and real responsibility from day one.
