About The Role
We are looking for a high-impact professional to join the Founder’s Office, working closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, execution, and data-backed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in travel package sales/operations, strong analytical skills, and a bias for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder(s) on strategic planning and execution
- Track business performance through data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reports
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution
- Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities and outcomes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Support market research and growth initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the travel & tourism industry
- Prior experience in selling or managing travel packages is strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and interpretation
- Excellent execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; dashboarding tools are a plus
Preferred Background
- Experience with companies selling domestic or international travel packages
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle confidential information
