ABOUT LYNKUP

THE ROLE
The Founder's Office Associate is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to be at the centre of everything. You'll work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, business development, and platform growth - acting as a force multiplier on the most important initiatives at LynkUp.
This is not a traditional job. It's for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and wants to build something real.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work alongside the founder on strategic priorities - from growth initiatives to partnerships and product decisions
- Drive key projects end-to-end: research, structure, execute, and close
- Lead outreach and relationship-building with brand clients, creator networks, and platform partners
- Build operational processes and systems that help LynkUp scale (CRM, workflows, reporting)
- Prepare materials for investor conversations, brand pitches, and internal reviews
- Identify opportunities - new verticals, partnership models, or platform features - and build the case for them
- Be the connective tissue between teams and the founder, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting, agency business, business development, or a high-growth startup
- Extremely strong communication skills - you can write, present, and persuade
- Structured thinker who can break down complex problems and turn them into action
- High agency - you take initiative and see things through without being micromanaged
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
- Passion for the creator economy, social media, or digital marketing is a strong bonus
