Founder's Office Associate

About the Role
Work closely with the Founder on high-priority strategic, operational, and growth initiatives across INSD’s company-owned and franchisee network pan India. You will support cross-functional execution, track key business priorities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help drive special projects from idea to implementation. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is structured, business-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder to support strategic planning, business execution, and priority projects across departments.
- Coordinate with admissions, operations, marketing, academics, finance, and centre teams to ensure timely follow-up and execution of key initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting notes, and business reviews for leadership discussions.
- Track critical business metrics, project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring closure on action items.
- Support franchisee coordination, inter-departmental communication, and problem-solving on business priorities.
- Conduct research on new business opportunities, market trends, partnerships, competition, and expansion opportunities.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across centres and head office functions.
- Draft professional emails, proposals, SOPs, business documents, and internal communication on behalf of the Founder’s Office.
- Manage special projects end-to-end, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution support, and reporting.
- Travel, when required, for centre visits, business meetings, audits, or strategic reviews.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Founder’s Office, business operations, strategy, project management, consulting, or a cross-functional business role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and business reporting.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and execution capability.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and maintain confidentiality in sensitive business matters.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and high-accountability work environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
