HEIR is a premium fragrance brand preparing for launch. Built around global craftsmanship and collectible design, we collaborate with internationally acclaimed perfumers and production partners across Europe and Asia. Backed by leading consumer founders and operators including Niraj Singh (Spinny), Kishore Biyani (Future Group), Arjun Vaidya (V3 Ventures), and Sangeet Agrawal (Mokobara), among others, we are building a global brand focused on quality and long term growth.
Role:
- Work closely with the founder on day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, agencies, and external partners across India and internationally
- Drive execution across product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and special projects
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and ensure projects move forward efficiently
- Assist with inventory planning, logistics, warehousing, and operational processes
- Coordinate with content, social media, PR, and influencer partners
- Prepare presentations, reports, research, and investor materials
- Solve problems proactively and independently as they arise
- Take ownership of projects from idea to execution
Who You Are:
- 1–4 years of work experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and execution ability
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-driven
- Curious about luxury brands, design, culture, and consumer businesses
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience at an early-stage startup, founder's office, consulting, consumer brand, or agency
- Worked on operations, marketing, content, partnerships, or project management
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for design and luxury
