About Glossee
Glossee is a modern nail beauty brand on a mission to make having beautiful nails feel effortless.
We're currently in our pre-launch phase, building everything from the ground up. From product development and brand building to marketing, operations and customer experience, this is where the foundations are being laid.
We're looking for someone to join our Founder's Office and work alongside the founder through one of the most exciting stages of building a company: taking a brand from idea to launch.
What you'll do
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work directly with the founder across whatever the business needs most at any given time. Your work could span marketing, social media, operations, customer experience, launch planning and more.
You'll get a front-row seat to what it actually takes to build a consumer brand from scratch and bring products to market. If you enjoy variety, solving problems and taking ownership, you'll thrive in this role.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- 1–3 years into their career
- Curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently
- Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple workstreams
- Creative, proactive and enjoys solving problems
- A digital native who is comfortable with social media, AI tools and internet culture
- A clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Bonus points if you have experience in:
- D2C or consumer brands
- Beauty, fashion or lifestyle
- Social media, content or creator partnerships
- Marketing, growth or performance marketing
- Founder's Office or early-stage startup roles
