About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly driven and versatile Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founder(s) on high-impact, day-to-day priorities. This is not a conventional support role. It’s an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations.
You’ll act as an extension of the Founder’s office, helping bring structure to fast-moving ideas, ensuring execution, and enabling better decision-making through clarity and organization.
If you enjoy solving unstructured problems, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are comfortable handling multiple things at once, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting & Execution Support
Be part of key discussions, capture clear Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and translate them into actionable next steps with defined ownership.
2. Task Tracking & Follow-ups
Maintain visibility on ongoing work, follow up with teams on pending items, and ensure timelines are met and tasks are closed.
3. Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings (including investor and partner conversations), ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to keep communication clear and ensure workstreams stay on track.
5. Operational Support
Support ongoing operational work through trackers, basic workflows, and day-to-day execution support wherever required.
6. Founder’s Office Support
Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and step in where needed to keep things moving.
Ideal Candidate
- Organized and consistent with follow-through
- Strong note-taking and ability to structure discussions clearly
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and timelines
- Proactive and dependable in execution
- Clear communicator
- Familiar with Google Workspace tools
