Enspace Realty is the modern brand of Bajaj Properties, a real-estate firm that has been operating in Gurgaon for over 30 years. The family business has been part of the city's growth story for more than three decades. Enspace Realty was launched in 2020 as the brand for the next chapter — focused on the Dwarka Expressway corridor, mid-to-high ticket resale flats and plots (₹3 crore upwards), and a content-led approach using long-form YouTube (soon to be supplemented by short-form content on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels).
Our team is small, stable, and long-tenured — our most senior staff member has been with us for over 12 years, and our second has nearly 8 years. We are deliberately small and deliberately focused on expansion. The person who takes this role plays a major part in that expansion — not just executing what's given to them, but actively surfacing opportunities that help the business grow as a team.
The role
You will work directly with the founder. The job has three sides to it:
Operations & execution. You will keep the office running — coordinating the team, tracking commitments, managing vendor relationships, running the daily and weekly rhythms. By month 3, you'll own the operational dashboard the entire firm runs on.
Content production. From your first week, you will handle YouTube research (using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) and script drafting. As we scale, you will coordinate with our cinematographer, editor, and the social media agency we're soon to bring on, to grow our presence across YouTube and Instagram.
Founder's office. You will be an extension of the founder — managing his calendar, drafting his communications, and ensuring his commitments turn into completed actions. You will also help hire and onboard future team members as the firm grows.
You will not be on client calls or in client meetings. This is an internal, operational, content-and-coordination role.
What we are looking for
- B.Com or B.Tech graduate. Other graduates considered if everything else aligns.
- Strong written and spoken English. Spoken Hindi (or Hinglish) for working with the team.
- Comfortable with ChatGPT as a daily tool. Familiarity with Claude or Gemini is a strong bonus. You will use these tools every day from Day 1 for research, drafting, and coordination.
- Planning instincts — the kind of person who can track 30 open threads without losing one.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Lives in Dwarka or nearby (Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Najafgarh, Palam, Dwarka Mor, or similar). Long commutes do not work for this role.
- Growth mindset - you want to be part of a firm that's expanding, not a firm that's stable.
- One concrete example of a project you planned and executed - a college fest, a family event, an internship deliverable, anything that demonstrates real planning and follow-through.
What we offer
- Starting salary: ₹20,000/month, with visible 6-monthly increments based on performance. The right person reaches ₹40,000/month within 24 months.

- 8 days paid annual leave + 5 sick days + public holidays.

- Office in Dwarka, Delhi.
- 10 AM – 7 PM, six days a week, one weekday off. We are open to off-Sundays for the right candidate.
