Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Operations
Fixed CTC: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000/month ++ Incentive: Up to ₹30,000/month
This is a high-growth role. If done exceptionally well, you can expect appraisal in every 9 months or 100%+ salary growth within 27 months.
The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Operations who will own the end-to-end member experience at Unshaadi from onboarding to renewal. This person is not here to do the work themselves. They are here to make sure the work gets done, gets done well, and gets done consistently.
You will manage Ops Associates, build and fine-tune processes, and be the hawk that watches over every single member journey so that every member says something extraordinary about Unshaadi when they leave.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end member journey from onboarding to renewal for up to 250 active members
- Process design and fine-tuning. The founder sets the process, you make it sharper and ensure it runs
- Team management. Hiring, onboarding, and managing Ops Associates
- Deliverables accountability. Every team member's output is your responsibility
- Documentation. Every process, every workflow, every exception is documented
- Member satisfaction. You are the custodian of the member experience
- Hiring support. Identifying and onboarding future Ops team members
How Success is Measured
- Renewal rate. How many members choose to continue
- Review volume and quality. What members say publicly about Unshaadi
- Success stories. Members who find relationships through the program
- Zero member complaints that could have been caught operationally
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations role
- Builds seamless processes from scratch. You don't inherit systems, you create them
- Systems thinker. You build standardized structures, SOPs, and scalable frameworks, not just manage day to day tasks
- Critical thinker. You identify root causes, not just symptoms, and solve problems before they recur
- Comfortable working with AI tools and demonstrates a high learning curve with new technology
- High intelligence. Able to diagnose problems, build systems, and think ahead
- Process-oriented. You don't just solve problems, you prevent them from recurring
- Strong communicator with team members and with members
- Detail obsessed. Nothing slips, nothing is assumed, everything is tracked
- Ownership mentality. This is your function, not a job description
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
What This Is Not
- This is not a remote role. Presence in Gurgaon is required
- This is not a role for someone who needs detailed instructions for every task
- This is not a slow-moving corporate environment. Speed and quality are both expected
