Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the founder with daily operations, including preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, managing project-related documentation, and conducting market and competitor research. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaigns, managing social media calendars, drafting content for digital platforms, and helping organize events or client showcases. The intern will also collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing materials with brand standards and project requirements, while maintaining accurate records and reports for ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured market, competitor, and trend research; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Foundational marketing and branding knowledge; interest in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear emails, presentations, and marketing content.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including time management, attention to detail, and basic project tracking.
- Comfort working closely with leadership; professionalism, discretion, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace); familiarity with design or presentation tools is a plus.
- Interest in luxury interiors, design, or lifestyle brands; prior internship or campus experience in marketing or operations is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
