doYou will pick up strategic projects when they are still ideas — sometimes from the founders, sometimes by spotting them yourself — and carry them through to launch. That mea

- it.You will execute independently with limited supervision. The founders' time with you will be measured in hours per week, not hours per day. You will pull in partnerships, product, compliance, and finance leads as you need them — and they will say yes because the work matters, not because the founders forced
- it.There will be a lot of moving pieces at any given time. You will have 3-5 strategic projects in flight, each at a different stage, each with different stakeholders, each blocked on something different. The job is to keep all of them progressing without needing someone to remind you what's next. If you need a project tracker handed to you to know what to do this week, this is the wrong r
