IntelGrader is an AI-powered platform for evaluation, remediation, and personalized learning — built to handle not just objective MCQs, but subjective, handwritten, step-by-step answers. We're solving the silent pain teachers and parents live with every day: hours lost to grading, and students who never find out why they got it wrong. Unlike other AI graders that stop at essays or MCQs, we tackle the hardest problem in Indian education — subjective handwritten evaluation at scale.

Founded by a team from IIM, IIT, and SRCC, with prior stints at BCG, P&G, and the Tatas. We're a small, high-impact team, past product-market fit, and growing.
What you'll do
- Own business development end-to-end — prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, close
- Sell to school principals, coaching center owners, and academic heads across India
- Run product demos that show the full loop: a real handwritten paper graded, gaps identified, remediation served
- Build the playbook — what works, what doesn't, which segment to attack next
- Work directly with the founders on strategy, pricing, and product feedback
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in sales or BD, ideally in EdTech, K-12, test-prep, or SaaS into education
- You've personally closed deals — not just generated leads
- You understand the Indian education ecosystem: how a coaching center runs, what a principal cares about, why teachers resist new tools
- Comfortable holding a strategic conversation with an academic head and a cold call with a coaching center owner — in the same day
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- You want to build a function, not just hit a quota
