Founder's Office – Strategy & Community Intern

Envoler Innovations is a leading drone technology company delivering UAV solutions for GIS surveys, inspections, mapping, and aerial data processing across industries including mining, solar, agriculture, and infrastructure. Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented to work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business development, partnerships, and community growth. This role offers hands-on exposure to startup strategy, networking, market research, business expansion, and founder-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Founder's Office
Support the Founder in executing strategic and operational initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and growth insights.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives.
Assist with special projects and cross-functional business activities.
Business Development & Community
Research and identify potential clients, partners, founders, and community members.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, referrals, networking platforms, and outreach campaigns.
Conduct outreach via email, calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Build and maintain lead pipelines and CRM records.
Support partnership development and community engagement initiatives.
Assist in converting prospects into long-term business or community relationships.
Requirements Must Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, networking, and analytical abilities.
Basic understanding of business development and sales.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership.
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or startup ecosystems.
Previous internship in Business Development, Sales, Strategy, Partnerships, or Community Management.
Knowledge of Google Workspace and presentation tools.
Eligibility
Undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline.
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with relevant internship experience will be preferred.
Stipend
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and interview performance).
