🚀 Community Operations & Growth Intern
(HR / People Ops preferred | Tech background a strong advantage)
📍 Remote | Flexible | Incentive‑Based Internship
I’m building an independent, community‑driven professional ecosystem focused on career guidance, tech learning, seminars, workshops, project consulting, and sustainability‑oriented initiatives.
In the early phase, I’m looking for one motivated intern who can help me run LinkedIn operations, community activities, and early consulting & sourcing workflows, as my time will be limited.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, real learning, and direct founder exposure—not just a resume line.
🌱 What you’ll work on:
- Posting and scheduling content on LinkedIn (career guidance, seminars, workshops, tech sessions)
- Following up on comments, DMs, and responses
- Helping create and grow LinkedIn communities & groups
- Coordinating posts and outreach for seminars, career clinics, and events
- Supporting early‑stage project consulting activities (posting opportunities, basic coordination, follow‑ups)
- Assisting with candidate sourcing from the community for:
- internships
- small consulting projects
- workshops and sessions
- Acting as a key support person for founder‑led initiatives, announcements, and outreach
- Helping keep things organized as the ecosystem grows

- Tech background or strong interest in technology is a big plus (to understand tech sessions, projects, and candidate profiles — no coding required)
- Someone who is:

- comfortable communicating online
- interested in people, projects, and community building
- excited to build something from the ground up
⚠️ Important to be transparent:
- This role does not have a fixed salary initially
- This is an incentive‑based internship
- Earnings will be linked to:
- workshops & clinics
- seminars & events
- project consulting support
- candidate sourcing outcomes
- As the ecosystem generates revenue, intern stipends and incentives will be paid from real earnings
