Role: Founder’s Desk Intern (Operations & Content)
Company: Kreative Ape
Location: Sector 62, Noida (Hybrid – mostly WFH currently, with occasional in-office days)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹7,000/month (Fixed) + ₹3,000–₹4,000 Performance Incentive
Bonus: ₹5,000–₹10,000 on successful completion
PPO: High performers will be offered a full-time role
About Kreative Ape
Kreative Ape is an AI-powered production agency building the future of content by combining AI workflows with real-world shoots.
We work on:
- AI-generated videos
- Micro-drama storytelling
- UGC & ad creatives
- Motion graphics & visual content
This is an early-stage, fast-moving setup where you’ll work directly with the founder, Ashwin Agarwal, and get hands-on exposure to how a modern content business is built.
Role Overview
This is not a typical internship.
You will work closely with the founder to ensure execution, coordination, and content flow across the company.
Your role is simple:
Make sure things don’t fall apart.
Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & Talent Coordination
- Post job openings (interns, freelancers, creators)
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and test tasks
2. Project & Creator Coordination
- Track ongoing projects and deadlines
- Follow up with editors, AI creators, and freelancers
- Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
3. Content & Social Media Support
- Assist in posting and managing Instagram/LinkedIn content
- Coordinate with creators for content assets
- Support content planning and repurposing
Creative Sense (Very Important)
You don’t need to be a designer.
But you must have an eye for good content.
You should be able to:
- Sense what looks visually right vs wrong
- Identify bad fonts, poor layouts, weak visuals
- Understand what feels engaging vs boring
If you naturally notice details in content, this role is for you.
Who Should Apply
