Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder’s Associate - Legal based in New Delhi. The role involves supporting the founder in various legal and operational functions, including researching and drafting legal documents, analyzing regulatory compliance requirements, and assisting in contract negotiations. The candidate will also be responsible for managing communications with stakeholders, conducting legal due diligence, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Research, Drafting, and Contract Negotiation
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and expertise in Corporate Law
- Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking abilities
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational and Multi-tasking abilities
- Relevant educational qualifications in Law (LL.B or equivalent; LL.M is a plus)
- Interest or experience in technology, AI, or startup ecosystems is advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
