Role Description
The Founder's Associate Intern will work closely with the founders to tackle strategic priorities, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to decision-making processes. Responsibilities may include market research, data analysis, preparing presentations, coordinating with multiple teams, and assisting in day-to-day operations. As a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, some work-from-home flexibility will be provided depending on team needs and project timelines. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to meaningful climate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist founders with day-to-day strategic and operational tasks.
- Support research on markets, competitors, customers, and partnerships.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, sales).
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Support process improvement and execution of new initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks critical to business growth
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or related fields.
- This will be a minimum 6-month internship which will convert to a full-time role depending on the performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Nice to Have - Interest in startups, climate-tech, or sustainability.
