Role Summary
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will work directly with the founders of KlimaShift and gain first-hand exposure to building and scaling a climate-tech startup. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, strategy, execution, and working across multiple functions such as product, operations, sales, and partnerships.
You will act as a generalist, supporting high-impact initiatives and helping founders turn ideas into execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist founders with day-to-day strategic and operational tasks.
- Support research on markets, competitors, customers, and partnerships.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, operations, sales).
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Support process improvement and execution of new initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks critical to business growth
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Nice to Have - Interest in startups, climate-tech, or sustainability.
