TimoLabs under Amotion AI is an AI training and consulting company working with enterprise clients across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. We help large companies use AI inside their teams. The technical side covers MCP studio work, internal tooling, and applied AI builds for client environments.
The Role
The Technical Founder's Associate works alongside the technical founders on product builds and client delivery. The target profile is a developer who has moved into the vibe-coding workflow — using Claude Code, MCPs, and modern AI tooling to ship working software fast. You'll build prototypes, internal tools, MCP integrations, and client-facing applications under the direction of the technical founders.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship. Prototype client demos, ship internal tools, develop MCP servers and integrations, and turn product specs into working code using Claude Code as your primary build environment.
- Client delivery support. Embed in active engagements alongside the technical founders. Handle integration work, custom builds, technical documentation, and hands-on workshop support during training delivery.
- Product development. Contribute to TimoLabs' own product surface, including internal tooling, training infrastructure, and the MCP studio offering.
Who You Are
- Developer background, now building with Claude. You wrote production code before AI tooling and have shifted to vibe-coding with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. You ship fast and your output runs.
- 2–3 years of engineering experience. Comfortable across at least one modern stack (Python, TypeScript, or Go preferred). Familiar with cloud basics (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Git workflows, and API design.
- MCP and applied AI fluency. You've built or seriously used MCP servers, agent workflows, RAG systems, or LLM integrations. You can walk us through projects you've shipped using these tools.
Interview Process
- Async screen. Short technical brief — build something small and submit code plus a write-up of how you used Claude to build it.
- Claude Code live walkthrough. 60 minutes on a screen-share. We give you a real build task and watch how you work. Your actual setup, your actual workflow.
- Technical founder conversation. Fit, scope, and compensation.
Compensation & Growth
Inr 80K to Inr 1 lakh per month, paid as a consultant, no deductions, responsible for your own tax filing, no PF, no insurance. This is a full time job, you cannot moonlight.
