Osh Wellness is a fast-growing wellness supplement brand on a mission to support women through every stage of their hormonal health journey — from preconception and fertility to hormone balance and menopause. Our products are loved by customers across Amazon and Shopify, and trusted by a growing network of practitioners.
We're looking for a 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Founder, Shruti, on everything that shapes how the brand shows up in the world. Expected compensation: INR 4-7L based on experience and skills.

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
- Coordinate across teams to keep projects moving and nothing falling through the cracks
- Drive PR outreach — pitch journalists, podcasters, and publications
- Manage brand and influencer collaborations end-to-end
- Be the primary point of contact for our expert writers, nutritionists, and advisors
- Coordinate content across writers, designers, and videographers
- Plan and execute brand events, workshops, and partner activations
- Own special projects — from launches to research to operational fixes
- Leverage AI to imrove team efficiency across functions
- Be a thought partner to the Founder: bring ideas, flag risks, prioritize what matters

- An exceptional communicator — you write and speak English with clarity, warmth, and polish
- A creative thinker with fresh ideas for content, partnerships, and storytelling
- A natural problem-solver who spots what needs doing and figures out how to do it
- Highly organized — you can juggle many moving pieces without losing the plot
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently in a remote setup
- Genuinely curious about wellness, women's health, and consumer brands
- High EQ — you can build relationships with influencers, doctors, and journalists alike

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bachelor's degree — English or humanities preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a generalist, content, communications, or operations role (founder's office, agency, or D2C brand experience is a plus)
- Strong written and spoken English is non-negotiable
- Comfort with Claude, Gemini, Google Workspace, Notion, and project management tools

- Direct mentorship from the Founder and a front-row seat to how a wellness brand scales
- Genuine ownership — your work will shape how the brand shows up to customers, partners, and press
- A mission-driven team building products that meaningfully improve women's lives
- Strong preference for Delhi/Gurgaon location, but can be a remote role as well, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in India. We typically meet twice a month in Gurgaon, so it would be good if you are local.
