We are looking for dynamic and high-potential candidates from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K), Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM-I), or Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) for a Founder’s Office Associate role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders on strategic business initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects and execution across teams
- Support business planning, market analysis, and decision-making
- Analyze data, prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of priorities
- Participate in growth strategy, operational improvements, and special projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA from IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, or IIM Lucknow
- 1–2 years of experience in Founder’s Office / Strategy / Business Consulting / Analytics roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools preferred
