About the Role:
We are looking for a Founder Partnerships Associate who will help us identify and connect with high-potential businesses and founders looking to scale their brands.
Your role will involve researching promising companies, initiating conversations with founders, and introducing them to Scale100X.Ai's expansion model.
You will work closely with the leadership team and help bring new brand partnerships into the ecosystem.
This role offers rare exposure to founders, growth strategies, and business scaling models across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Founder Outreach & Lead Generation
- Identify businesses and founders who may benefit from franchising-based expansion
- Research potential partners across industries and markets
- Build a high-quality pipeline of potential brand partners
2. Relationship Building
- Reach out to founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers
- Initiate meaningful conversations around business growth and expansion
- Understand their current growth challenges and goals
3. Lead Nurturing
- Use personalised outreach and AI-powered tools to nurture relationships
- Communicate Scale 100X’s value proposition clearly
4. Meeting Coordination
- Qualify interested brands and schedule strategic discussions with senior leadership
- Ensure strong handover of context to the internal team

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, consulting, or business development
- Experience engaging with founders, decision-makers, or senior stakeholders is preferred
Education:
- IIT / IIM graduates
- Candidates with strong academic backgrounds and interest in startups
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Curiosity about startups, brands, and business models
- Ability to research industries and identify high-potential opportunities
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
