The hiring industry is broken. Companies spend ₹8+ lakh/year on tools that don't work. HR managers waste 6-8 hours/week screening resumes. 90% of candidates get ghosted.

What You'll Actually Do
→ Sales and business development — cold calls, outreach, closing deals → Customer conversations — talking to HR managers and founders → Partnerships and growth experiments → Market research that drives real decisions → Whatever it takes to help the company grow
This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You will own real problems from day one.
What You Won't Do
→ Sit in pointless meetings → Update spreadsheets nobody reads → Wait for someone to give you instructions → Ask permission for every decision
How You'll Get Paid
Simple. Transparent. No complicated conditions.
Client pays ₹10,000 → You earn ₹2,500 Client pays ₹50,000 → You earn ₹12,500
No cap. The harder you work, the more you make. Best performers get a full-time offer after 4 months.
