Founder’s Office Intern
Are you someone who enjoys working directly with founders, solving diverse problems, and driving growth initiatives from the ground up? Join our fast-growing EdTech team and play a key role in building and scaling our business across marketing, sales, and operations.
📌 Role Overview
As a Founder’s Office Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives across lead generation, marketing, customer outreach, and business growth. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup is built from the inside.
📍 Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Onsite)
🕒 Timings: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
📅 Work Days: 6 Days a Week
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000/month
📆 Duration: 6 Months
📢 Post Internship: Full-Time Offer at ₹3.6 LPA (based on performance)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source potential leads (students/parents) through various channels
• Execute outbound outreach via WhatsApp, calls, emails, and social platforms
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Create and manage content for social media, campaigns, and promotions
• Support performance marketing efforts and track campaign effectiveness
• Work on growth experiments to improve lead conversion and engagement
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth lead-to-enrollment journey
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist founders in day-to-day strategic and operational tasks

• Highly driven individuals who want to work closely with founders
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
• Interest in marketing, sales, business growth, or startups
• Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Canva, etc.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus
• Hustler mindset — willing to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly
• Immediate joiners preferred
