## Role Overview
We are looking for a mature, smart, independent, and execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder as the Founder Office Director.
This is not a routine assistant role.
She will work closely with the Founder in rebuilding operations, building teams, driving business growth, improving execution, handling critical situations, onboarding clients, improving the company’s reputation, and ensuring business goals are achieved efficiently.
She should be highly dependable, proactive, solution-oriented, emotionally mature, and capable of handling responsibilities independently without constant supervision.

## Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with the Founder on business rebuilding and growth execution
* Build systems, workflows, and operational structures from scratch
* Recruit, coordinate, and help build a sincere and result-oriented team
* Drive client onboarding, follow-ups, and business growth activities
* Improve the company’s online reputation and brand positioning
* Ensure the Founder’s ideas, plans, and strategies are executed properly
* Independently handle challenges, pressure situations, and operational bottlenecks
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders professionally
* Take ownership of execution and ensure timely results
* Be available for travel and business coordination whenever required
* Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, commitment, and strong alignment with the Founder’s vision

* 7+ Experience in Founder’s Office, Operations, Business Development, Strategy, Project Management, or Leadership Coordination
