One of our Client looking for a highly driven, confident, and execution-oriented professional,
to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with leadership on strategic sales, partnerships, business expansion, and organizational growth initiatives.
This role requires a strong and influential personality — someone who can represent the leadership team with confidence, drive high-impact conversations, and take ownership of critical business priorities. The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with sharp execution capability and possess the maturity to manage high-pressure business situations independently.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a role in the Founder’s Office at Devnagri AI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sales and Business Development
- Drive enterprise sales conversations and strategic client acquisition initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead business discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures with confidence and professionalism.
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Support leadership in scaling business operations and market presence.
Founder's Office & Business Execution
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of business goals across departments.
- Coordinate with leadership, sales, operations, and technology teams to drive alignment and accountability.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, market analysis, and strategic updates for leadership reviews.
- Take ownership of critical tasks and ensure closure with high attention to detail.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external business interactions.
- Influence stakeholders through clarity, professionalism, and strong communication.
- Manage sensitive business situations with confidence and maturity.
- Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and execution excellence.
