Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Chhattisgarh, India, for a professional supporting the Founder’s office at Credalis Capital. Responsibilities for this role include overseeing strategic initiatives, conducting financial due diligence and market research, coordinating with institutional investors and stakeholders, analyzing company performance metrics, and contributing to the development and execution of capital-raising strategies. The role also involves preparing presentations and reports to support high-level decision-making and participating in client and partner meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including market research, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Strategic thinking and planning experience, particularly in IPOs, private equity, or capital markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations
- Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic understanding of investment banking, fundraising processes, and capital market trends
- Proficiency with relevant software tools, including MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous
- Prior experience in IPO advisory, investment banking, or a related financial role is a plus
