About Change Engine
Change Engine runs India’s premier accelerator for non-profits. We support exceptional founders build ‘non-profit unicorns’ - organisations that impact a million people or more meaningfully. We also published the first evidence based playbook for building non-profit unicorns. Our goal is simple: help build 20 non-profit unicorns over the next five years.
Over the last couple of years, we’ve worked with over 10 non-profits. They are working on improving India’s science & research ecosystem, alleviating poverty through cash transfers and building a tech-enabled platform for scholarships, amongst others. Our cohort organisations have raised $2M+ other than our catalytic funding in a short period. Our work has been covered in leading publications such as the Economic Times, The Tribune, IDR, Mint, amongst others.
What we’ve helped build so far?
Across our last 3 cohorts, 10+ organisations have:
- Raised $2M+ in follow-on funding
- Partnered with state governments to redesign one of India’s highest-budget welfare schemes
- Unlocked ₹50Cr+ in scholarships for 20,000+ students
- Published globally recognised evidence on improving learning outcomes
- Supported 1,000+ youth transition from child-care institutions to independent adulthood

About this role
We are inviting applications for ACE IMPACT 2026 Cohort:
ACE Impact is a funded 9 month accelerator program for high potential non-profits and social enterprises. We run two parallel tracks:
- Tech for Impact Cohort: For organisations leveraging AI and emerging technology to solve high-stakes social problems.
- Policy & Community Cohort: For organisations working closely with governments or mobilising communities to drive systemic change.
What do you get in the program?
This is not a light-touch program.
For the duration of the program, we operate as your extended co-founding team.
You get:
- Up to ₹25 Lakhs in unrestricted grant capital
- Invest in research, hiring, pilots, product — whatever helps you scale meaningfully.
- Weekly 1:1 working sessions
- On scaling strategy, product, fundraising, hiring, and execution.
- Candid, off-the-record conversations
- With leading non-profit founders and funders.
- Deep ecosystem access
- Warm introductions for follow-on capital, board members, domain experts, and government partnerships.
