0101 AI Labs (0101labs.ai) exists to turn AI into real business ROI. Rather than building AI from scratch, we curate the best global AI tools and models and package them into custom solutions, led by Industry Experts across the US, China, the UK, and India who understand a client's business before any technology is brought in. We work across sectors including Automotive, BFSI, E-Commerce, FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Retail, and we are now investing in productising that expertise into standalone AI ventures, of which PR Engine is the first.
About PR Engine
PR Engine is an AI-powered platform we have built in-house. It reads a company's website and market position, tracks competitors and breaking news in real time, and turns any relevant story signal into a ready-to-send press release, pitch email, and social copy, often within minutes. It also delivers a daily morning brief of opportunities a brand's PR team should be acting on.
We believe PR Engine can become a standalone business. What it needs now is not another employee, but a founder who wants to build and run it, in the same spirit as our Industry Expert model: real domain expertise first, AI tooling second.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional PR job. We are looking for someone with real PR and communications experience who has always wanted to run their own business, and is willing to take the leap without starting completely from scratch. This is a hybrid opportunity, built for someone who is hungry, driven, and ready to build. You will get a working product, the backing of an experienced AI team, and equity in the business, in exchange for owning its growth, customers, and P&L as if it were your own company.
What You Will Own
• Business ownership. Take PR Engine from working product to a revenue-generating business, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Client acquisition. Bring on the first paying clients, using your own PR network and credibility as a founder, agency, or in-house professional.
• Product direction. Work directly with the 0101 AI Labs team to shape features based on what real PR clients actually need.
• Team and process. Build the playbook for how the product is sold, onboarded, and delivered, and hire the team under you as the business grows.
• Brand and voice. Represent PR Engine at industry events, in media, and in client conversations as its face and founder.
What We're Looking For
• 5 to 6 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, at an agency, in-house team, or startup.
• A founder mindset who has thought seriously about starting their own business and wants a real shot at running one, not just a title. We are looking for people who are hungry and driven, not comfortable staying where they are.
• Tier 2 city background. Preference for candidates based in or from Tier 2 cities, who bring a different vantage point and are motivated to build something of their own.
• A strong personal network in Indian and global media and industry ecosystems, since this will drive early client acquisition.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes PR with comfort using and pushing an AI product, even without a technical background.
• The drive to build something with real ownership, including the ability to work independently and make decisions without waiting for direction.
