Phareyes Founder Fellowship
Not a job ad. A call for builders who cannot leave the work alone.
Phareyes is for rare builders with unusual agency, deep conviction, and the ambition to do work that genuinely matters.
This is not a normal job, and it is not for the merely curious. You do not need a company already, a co-founder, or a polished pitch deck. But there should be something real you keep coming back to — a problem, an idea, a frustration, a line of inquiry you cannot easily put down.
We are building a selective founder environment for people who want to do serious work from stronger foundations. That means starting with the builder, the problem, and the conviction beneath the work — not just rushing into startup performance.
Phareyes is especially designed for exceptional builders aged 18–22, including students, dropouts, self-taught operators, researchers, and others on unconventional paths. A degree is not required.
Who this is for

This is not a graduate scheme.
This is not a standard accelerator.
This is not for people who want to sample startup life.
This is not for people who mainly want the identity of being a founder.
It is for people who feel a real compulsion to build, and want to do it properly.
