Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founder based in Pune District. As the Founder of Qyxenra, the candidate will be responsible for shaping the overall direction and strategy of the company, developing innovative product offerings, and building and leading a high-performing team. They will establish business partnerships, manage investor relations, oversee operations, and ensure the company's financial health. Additionally, the Founder will actively engage with various stakeholders to drive growth, foster innovation, and implement scalable solutions aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership and organizational management skills, with the ability to oversee and guide cross-functional teams
- Experience in business strategy development, brand building, and financial planning
- Product management, innovation, and technology integration skills, particularly in AI-driven platforms
- Strong networking and partnership-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with social media management tools, marketing automation, and digital campaign execution is highly beneficial
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within startup or tech environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
