Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as the Founder of Mkcode, based in Kolkata, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. As the Founder, you will be responsible for driving the company's vision, building strategic relationships, overseeing business operations, managing financial performance, and driving the development of innovative technology solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, foster a collaborative company culture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and oversee multiple projects effectively.
- Strong expertise in Web Development, Software Development, and Android Application Development.
- Experience in Software Testing, Software Maintenance, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Proficiency in Data Gathering and Data Analytics for driving data-driven business decisions.
- Strategic thinking and business development skills, with an ability to establish partnerships and grow the organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, investors, and team members.
- Experience in startup environments or leading tech-driven enterprises is an advantage.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields is preferred.
