Role Description The Founder role at ewayHR is a full-time, on-site position based in Jagraon. The Founder will define and drive the company’s vision, strategy, and growth roadmap, focusing on expanding HR services and strengthening client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations across recruitment, payroll, training, and HR systems, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement. The role involves building and leading high-performing teams, managing key client accounts, and establishing strategic partnerships. The Founder will also handle financial planning, performance monitoring, and compliance, while representing ewayHR in professional networks and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in human resources management, including recruitment, HR audits, and HR information systems implementation.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
- Business development and client relationship management abilities, including networking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial acumen to drive sustainable growth and service excellence.
- Background in training and development, performance management, and organizational development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in founding, co-founding, or leading a business unit or consulting practice is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Jagraon and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
