Role Description
The Founder’s Office Associate will support the executive team in strategic planning, decision-making, and project execution to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, managing communications, and overseeing special projects. The role will also involve facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment on company priorities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Understanding of business operations, marketing, and strategy
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role or startup environment is preferred
