Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder at Revora AI under AWN Business Services, located in Goharganj. The Founder will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and development of AI-driven systems designed to handle, qualify, and convert leads for business clients. Daily tasks include developing and executing business strategies, overseeing product innovation, managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the overall growth of Revora AI. Additionally, the role will involve navigating government compliance requirements and fostering partnerships to advance the company’s goals.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and execute business strategies
- Expertise in AI systems development, product innovation, and technology integration
- Knowledge of Government relations, business compliance, and human capital management
- Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scalability
- Experience in business development, strategic alliances, and market expansion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Familiarity with the business landscape in Goharganj and related markets is an advantage
