ABOUT US - Elev8 India Sportz

Over the past few years, Elev8 India Sportz has built high-visibility kabaddi tournaments and platforms that create pathways for players, strongly developing grassroots talent. You will be part of the Founder’s Office, working closely with one of our founders who is leading the development of regional mass participation kabaddi tournaments across India. These initiatives aim to expand access to the sport while strengthening regional ecosystems around kabaddi.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, analytical, and highly adaptable professional to join the Founder’s Office and support one of our founders leading key kabaddi initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to help ensure that multiple projects and conversations progress with clarity and momentum. From tracking parallel initiatives to preparing research and structuring follow-ups, you will play a central role in keeping strategic priorities organized and on track.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex situations, connecting the dots across conversations, and ensuring that ideas consistently translate into action.
Working closely with the founder, you will help maintain visibility across initiatives, prepare strategic inputs, and ensure that time and attention are focused on the highest priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Work closely with the founder to track ongoing initiatives and ensure timelines and milestones remain on track
ii. Maintain clear visibility on the status of parallel projects and proactively flag delays or gaps
iii. Enable conversations with potential sponsors. Coordinate across internal teams, collaborators, and external partners to ensure discussions translate into clear next steps
iv. Prepare research notes, briefing documents, and background material for strategic conversations
v. Assist in developing presentations, strategy decks, and internal documentation
vi. Conduct research on market trends, regional sports ecosystems, and participation opportunities across India
vii. Support sponsor and partner identification through structured research and industry insights
viii. Help optimize the founder’s time by organizing meetings, follow-ups, and priority actions
ix. Travel occasionally for meetings and observe tournament environments to build deeper operational context
Most importantly, you will help ensure that ideas, conversations, and opportunities move forward with discipline and clarity.
WHO YOU ARE
You already have a few years of experience in the sports industry and are looking to move closer to the strategic side of how sports platforms are built.
You may have completed an MBA or postgraduate degree and have early-career experience in sports operations, consulting, partnerships, or event environments.
You now want exposure to the planning, coordination, and strategic thinking that shapes long-term sporting initiatives.
