Our Products
Stupa Cast: An AI-powered tracking and analytic platform that generates real-time stats, player profiles, and performance trends merged with live 3D graphic visuals for broadcast or streaming (TV or OTT). It creates stunning visuals that help fans understand the game’s depth in an engaging way. Used at flagship events and major leagues across various sports, Stupa Cast also powers automated video highlights generation directly from broadcast feeds, without on-site presence.
Stupa Events: An end-to-end league management platform already used by several federations and leagues across the globe. It integrates player and team management, OTT, ranking and rating systems, live scoring, streaming, and more, all under one white-labeled ecosystem. Over time, the platform builds rich data intelligence, enabling insights such as head-to-head stats, performance trends, predictions, and player dashboards for broadcast and digital storytelling.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-agency, sharp generalist to work closely with the CEO across strategy, business finance, operations, and growth. This role sits at the CEO’s table and drives execution across functions, ensuring alignment between strategy and outcomes.
The ideal candidate is analytically strong, structured in thinking, excellent in communication, and comfortable operating across finance, sales, legal, and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Process Excellence
- Work with CEO to define and align business strategy across functions
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects
- Identify gaps, improve processes, and implement scalable systems
- Track strategic priorities and ensure execution discipline
2. Business Finance & Reporting
- Own MIS, business dashboards, and performance reporting
- Lead AOP (Annual Operating Plan), budgeting & forecasting
- Build and maintain advanced Excel financial models (FM/BM/AOP)
- Drive revenue operations visibility and cash flow tracking
- Provide financial insights for decision-making
3. Growth & Sales Strategy Support
- Analyse revenue pipelines, growth metrics, and sales performance
- Support pricing strategy, GTM planning, and business expansion
- Work closely with Sales & Growth teams on performance reviews
4. Legal & Contracting Oversight
- Review and manage commercial contracts and client agreements
- Coordinate with legal advisors for compliance and risk mitigation
- Ensure structured documentation and data processing standards
5. CEO Communication & Reporting
- Create high-quality decks (Keynote / PPT) for board, investors & clients
- Draft strategic emails, proposals, and leadership communication
- Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations
6. Marketing & Brand Building
- Support brand positioning and narrative building
- Collaborate on marketing strategy, messaging & brand storytelling
- Ensure alignment between brand communication and business strategy
Ideal Profile:
- 4-8 years of experience in consulting, startup strategy, investment banking, or founder’s office roles
- Strong command over Business Finance, Excel modelling & reporting
- Structured thinker with strong written & verbal communication
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across domains
- Strong deck-building and presentation skills
