Most organizations realize burnout, disengagement, communication gaps, and manager fatigue only after performance, culture, or retention start getting impacted.
We’re building structured group-based systems that help organizations identify and respond to these patterns earlier through the intersection of:

This is not traditional wellness.
This is organizational visibility and workforce performance infrastructure.

The Role:
This is not a conventional “sales role.”
You’ll work directly with the founder across:
• B2B partnerships
• founder-led sales
• pilot acquisition
• strategy
• product feedback loops
• marketing experiments
• GTM execution
• partnerships & collaborations
• operational problem solving
One day you may be pitching a CHRO.
The next day you may be redesigning a sales deck, building a cold outbound strategy, sitting in a client cohort discussion, or figuring out why a pilot conversion dropped.
This role is for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action.
What You’ll Actually Do:
• Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
• Drive B2B outreach, partnerships, and pilot conversions
• Identify creative ways to open conversations and close opportunities
• Work closely with the founder on GTM strategy and execution
• Contribute to product direction based on real market conversations
• Experiment aggressively with outreach, positioning, and growth
• Help build systems, processes, and operational structure from scratch
• Represent HUD in founder, HR, startup, and business communities
Who This Is For:
You’ll probably enjoy this role if:
• You have high ownership and hate being micromanaged
• You’re resourceful, scrappy, and “jugaadu” when needed
• You’re comfortable hearing “no” repeatedly without losing momentum
• You can think commercially and strategically at the same time
• You enjoy figuring things out from first principles
• You care more about outcomes than job descriptions
• You’re capable of disagreeing intelligently instead of just nodding along
• You’re emotionally aware enough to handle people conversations well
• You can switch between founder conversations and execution mode quickly
Who This Is NOT For:
This role is NOT for you if:
• You need highly structured environments to function
• You avoid difficult conversations
• You wait to be told what to do
• You hide behind titles, processes, or corporate language
• You say “yes” to everything instead of thinking critically
• You want comfort more than growth
• You’re looking for a predictable 9–5 role
Preferred Background (Not Mandatory):
We’d love if you have:
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, founder’s office, consulting, HR, startup operations, or business development
• Exposure to startups, B2B environments, HR ecosystems, or founder-led businesses
• Experience dealing with decision-makers or clients directly
But honestly, capability > pedigree.
