## 🎯 Key Responsibilities
### 1. Sales & Revenue Support
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads (B2B / B2C)
- Assist the Founder in closing deals and partnerships
- Manage the entire sales funnel (lead → closure)
- Ensure strong follow-ups for conversion and revenue realization

### 2. Growth & Strategy Execution
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities
- Conduct market & competitor research
- Support in launching new initiatives and partnerships
- Drive experiments to improve acquisition and conversion

### 3. Founder’s Office Execution
- Work directly with the Founder on daily priorities
- Coordinate across teams to ensure fast execution
- Take ownership of tasks and drive outcomes independently

### 4. Data & Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics: leads, conversions, pipeline
- Maintain dashboards and provide actionable insights
- Continuously optimize processes for better performance
