Role Overview
This Founder’s Office Internship is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to learn how a funded, mission-driven startup is built and scaled.
You’ll work directly with the founders on strategic projects, cross-functional execution, and new initiatives—including market expansion, operations, product rollouts, and investor-related work.
This is not a typical internship. You’ll be exposed to real decisions, real execution, and real outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support founders on strategic planning and project execution
- Track and manage cross-functional initiatives (product, ops, partnerships)
- Assist with new initiatives such as:
- Farmer/FPO onboarding programs
- Export market pilots
- Compliance and verification rollouts
- Conduct market, regulatory, and competitor research
- Help prepare internal reports, decks, and founder-level documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, FPOs, processors, and ecosystem partners
- Support process improvement as the company scales across regions
Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates interested in startups, strategy, sustainability, or agri-business
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest in climate-tech, agri-tech, exports, or venture-backed startups
- Prior startup, consulting, or project management exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
