I’m looking for someone to work directly with me to help run the numbers, systems, and operational side of our business.
A bit about us — we’re building a supply chain business around stainless steel manufacturing and global sourcing. We work with factories in India and China and supply components and products to brands across different categories. The business is growing quickly and things are moving fast.
Because of that, I need someone who enjoys organizing chaos, building spreadsheets, tracking numbers, and making operations smoother.
This is a remote role.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing data in Zoho Books
• Building and maintaining Excel sheets for costing, orders, inventory, etc.
• Tracking customer payments and vendor payments
• Maintaining order trackers and production trackers
• Helping build better systems and processes as the business grows
• Preparing simple reports and summaries for decision-making
- Being logged in and available during work hours (11am–5pm Monday to Friday, and 11am–2pm on Saturdays)
You’ll basically help me keep the engine of the business running smoothly.

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month depending on experience.
