About What Next
What Next is an experience-led platform built around two core verticals:
Discover Experiences: We help people discover and book unique workshops, events, retreats and experiences across art, craft, pottery, wellness, fitness, food and more.
Curate & Host Experiences: We conceptualise and execute experiences for private celebrations, birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, brand activations, live wedding stations and other special occasions.

About the RoleWe’re looking for an Operations Executive to work closely with the Founders and become an integral part of the day-to-day running and growth of What Next.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who enjoys doing a little bit of everything. One day you could be discovering a new artist for our platform, the next coordinating vendors for a corporate event, helping curate a birthday experience or working with our social media team on upcoming content.
What You'll Do- Curate and help conceptualise new experiences
- Discover, onboard and coordinate with artists, hosts and vendors
- Coordinate with clients and partners from enquiry to execution
- Help manage social media, content coordination and basic Canva creatives
- Assist with event planning, setups and on-ground execution
- Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving
What We're Looking For- Canva savvy, with a good eye for aesthetics
- Happy to be hands-on at workshops, events and setups
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organised, proactive and dependable
- Creative, resourceful and good at problem-solving
- Comfortable speaking with clients, artists and vendors
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be told every little thing that needs to be done
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told every little thing that needs to be done.
