Role
You’ll work directly with the founder of Runar, helping drive execution across client projects, marketing, content, operations, events, and growth initiatives.
We’re looking for someone ambitious, highly organized, proactive, and with a high-ownership mindset. This is an ideal role for someone who wants real exposure to how a modern founder-led marketing business operates and is excited to roll up their sleeves and help build it.
Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing
- Research target accounts, prospects, and partnership opportunities
- Support outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other growth channels
- Craft personalized messaging for outreach and partnership initiatives
- Coordinate LinkedIn content, newsletters, presentations, and marketing assets
- Support proposals, decks, case studies, and client-facing materials
- Use AI tools actively to support content creation, research, workflow automation, and execution
Operations & Execution
- Track priorities, timelines, follow-ups, and operational workflows across projects
- Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Help drive execution across client work, internal initiatives, and founder priorities
- Support hiring coordination and recruitment-related workflows for key roles
Events & Strategic Projects
- Support executive dinners, workshops, and community initiatives
- Assist with attendee coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-ups
- Work closely with the founder on fast-moving cross-functional projects across marketing, partnerships, GTM, and business operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience preferred. Strong freshers with demonstrated initiative are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and MS Office
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Already using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar as part of your daily routine
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently without constant hand-holding
- Strong attention to detail and execution
Bonus Points
- Startup or agency experience
- Experience using Canva, Notion, and Slack tools
- Experience with outbound tools, CRMs, or marketing tools
- Exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, or the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience supporting events, newsletters, or LinkedIn content
